The Center for Pregnancy Choices offers free pregnancy testing on a walk-in basis. There is no appointment necessary. Our medical-grade pregnancy tests are 99 percent accurate and can detect pregnancy in as little as 7-10 days after conception. All clients will receive test results by the end of their visit. We also offer pregnancy verification forms for positive tests.

In addition to free pregnancy testing, The Center for Pregnancy Choices offers caring and confidential peer counseling. Women and teens can learn about the options regarding their pregnancy. Our trained counselors can offer medically accurate and up-to-date answers to your questions, while also providing information and education on parenting, adoption, and abortion. (Note: we do not perform or refer for abortion.)

We have an extensive list of community and medical referrals to assist our clients with various needs (prenatal care, food, housing, support groups, professional counseling, etc.).
